Why Guided Meditations, visualization and energy balancing are so important today.


 
Why the Guided Meditation classes for Chakra Energy balancing are so important.
I have done extensive personal research on meditation, visualization and energy balancing techniques. And I am positive that what I have learned by application and experience has been expressed best by Diane Stein, as to the roles of meditation, visualization (positive or negative) and energy balancing truly play in our daily lives . The following are excerpts taken from Diane Stein’s book, “Essential Psychic Healing”.
“The thymus is the physical center of immune function, and the thymus chakra on the Hara Line is also the psychic link between the body and emotions, the dense physical and nonphysical, emotional aura levels.  It connects the etheric double (physical level aura) to the emotional body, and emotions to physical function.  The vagus nerve takes the connection a step further, from emotional body to the mental.  Thus the physical body, etheric double, emotional and mental bodies are all tied together.  Dis-ease in the dense body results from this change of events:  Stress->negative (painful) emotions->negative chemicals in the brain->vagus nerve->depressed thymus function->depleted immunity->physical dis-eases from colds to cancer”.  “Stress related dis-ease is therefore a need to return to oneness within….It is a warning to transcend the strains of physical living by returning to the stillness of the spiritual levels…..Dis-ease is also a symptom of resistance to change in one’s life, emotions, or thinking.  When a way of living (job, relationship, addiction, emotional state, habit) is not positive and the individual refuses to change it, the resulting stress leads first to emotional discomfort, then to mental and spiritual unease, and finally to pain or dis-ease in the body.  The most significant change is in turning negative thoughts and emotions into positive ones.  This spiritual rebalancing moves through the levels and reverses the dis-ease process.  The progression looks like this:  Negative life functions->stress->resistance to change->emotional discomfort->mental discomfort->spiritual pain->physical dis-ease”……  “Reversal goes this way:  physical dis-ease->change and letting go->emotional release->mental (often karmic) release ->spiritual reconnection->healing the body”.  “This is the process of psychic healing that the healer leads the receiver through.  To be an effective healer and to heal oneself, requires access to the above reversal process of dis-ease”.  “The secret of this access, the way to affect the healing process, is the meditative state.  Every kind of spiritual training and every psychic healing technique in every culture and religion planet-wide begins with this skill.  Self-healing begins with meditation as well.  It is the optimal way to transcend the physical, emotional, and mental body levels to reach the spiritual.  At the Source spiritual level, all negativity (pain on all levels), stress, resistance, and fear are let go; filling the self with calm, security, peace, love, acceptance, oneness, and healing”.
